The fees for the symposium apply to all participants and include presentations and keynotes, conference programme, reception, lunches, coffees and teas. Accommodation and travel expenses are not included.
The deadline for registration is 10th September, 2023.
At least one presenting author of a submission needs to be registered. Only then, can we include the constribution into the programme. Every registered participant gets a certificate of presentation or a certificate of attendance.
Abstracts should have of no more than 500 words.
They should refer to the following thematic strands:
Accepted abstracts will be presented as oral presentations and be published in the digital conference proceedings.
We also want to emphasize the possibility of poster presentations across all thematic strands. Please select "Submission for Posters", if you prefer this option.

An abstract is a standalone text, which concisely summarises the key points of the paper and positions them in the scientific discourse. It should not, for example, be a summary of the introduction or conclusion and should also not include abbreviations or references. It further must be anonymous for the peer review process.
